In 2011-2012 the city of Winterthur produced an opera. It was composed, designed and performed by children for children. The project was enabled by the Musikkollegium Winterthur. All in all, over 750 children participated in this project. Focusing on three young composers, aged 7 to 18, it shows how children deal with the complex task of creating music.
